Initially, we commission 6-9 high-resolution photographs of your property, both interior and exterior, which capture the ambience from the outlook to the interior decor.

If we feel that your property would appeal to our Smartest Spots clientele, we will discuss a guide of rental prices as well as occupancy rates with you

Prior to joining Smartest Spots, we arrange a visit to your property and not only do a professional technical inspection but a styling service preparing the property for a rapid rental.

After joining The Smartest Spot , your property is marketed to a select clientele. As well as extremely successful rankings, the layout and design of the website exudes the quality synonymous with Smartest Spots. Your property will feature from time to time on our electronic monthly newsletter which is distributed to an increasing database of clients, owners and press.

READINESS TO RENT™

We request that for the purposes of a Smartest Spot inspection, homes are presented in the manner appropriate for welcoming guests

We then work with you to create a dedicated webpage for your property which would be accompanied by 6-9 professional digital high resolution photographs

Through targeted press campaigns tailored to individual properties, and impeccable network of business contacts with relocation companies, we reach niche media who promote Smartest Spots to a wide range of markets, plus our powerful site which is linked to the finest international property search engines

We then offer you our Readiness to Rent(TM) certificate, which offers guidance in terms of essential requirements, decor advice, and the contents of your Welcome Pack.

These visits usually take about two hours, followed by a written report to summarise the details.
