Keys to the property

Upon lease agreement, it is up to the owner/landlord to provide one set of keys for every bedroom in the property.

Up-To-Date Inventory

It is up to the owner of the property to take full inventory of their possessions in the accommodation. This is to be listed item by item and recorded before the tenants take occupation. Anything damaged/missing that is not listed in the supplied inventory will unfortunately not be compensated for. This clause is to protect both tenant and owner/landlord from unneccesary grievances.

Professional Photos

If you would like your property to be listed on The Smartest Spot, it is up to the owner to provide us with PROFESSIONAL photographs of the property (not ameteur photos with a simple digital camera). This is so that your property has the best chance of being taken up soonest, as ugly photographs tend to prevent properties from ever being occupied.
